Microdermabrasion is a mechanical peeling, whose function is to deeply exfoliate the skin, to stimulate cell renewal (which occurs approximately every 21 days).

While microdermabrasion can be applied to the body, facial use is the most common. The technique consists of applying diamond-tipped stones of different thicknesses, depending on the degree of exfoliation you want to cause. It may be softer for more delicate and more abrasive skin. for spots, scars or skin with keratosis.

The sessions are not painful, and you can return to normal activity immediately, you just have to use sunscreen after the session. The sessions last approximately half an hour to an hour and can be done once a week.
